Tim and Gina Murray are the co-founders and developers of CINCH CCM, Inc. They are the founders and former owners of Aware Senior Care, a highly-awarded home care agency in Cary, North Carolina.
Gina and Tim Murray got their start in home care as proud members of the membership network The Senior's Choice in August 2014. They grew Aware Senior Care into a $5M+ business with 12 full-time staff and 165 caregivers before selling it in December 2020.
When their home care agency was chosen in 2016 to provide community based home care in an independent senior living community, they found that no technology existed to help them fulfill the community’s needs. They started development of CINCH CCM in 2018 to support the unique care model required to serve independent communities.
