Optimizer Includes:
- Initial meeting with review of current systems, services offered, caregiver utilization and gross profit margins. Goal setting.
- Observation of agency staff, caregivers in community.
- Training on CINCH CCM for all agency staff, if used.
- Roundtable discussions with caregivers.
- Interviews with office staff.
- Review of current client and caregivers’ schedules.
- Coaching – key roles of teamwork and communication.
- Recommendations best practices for client visit schedules.
- Recommendations for caregiver shifts.
- Recommendations for protocols.
- Final meeting- question and answers.
Final report will be prepared and sent to the agency within one week. One hour scheduled Zoom call for follow up within one month.
